Our Policies
Warranty:
AirPacks products are of the highest quality and are guaranteed
to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the
life of the product. This warranty applies only when the product
has been used for the purpose intended and under normal conditions.
It does not apply to damages caused by unreasonable use or neglect.

International
Shipment:
Airpacks, Inc. is unable to ship to some international countries.
You will be notified via e-mail if your order can not be processed.
Please be advised on orders shipping to international countries
that the recipient is responsible for payment of ALL applicable
duties, taxes and fees.
Shipping/Handling
Policy:
- Order processing can take up to 7 business days.
- Depending on the type of shipping you choose, you should receive
your bag(s) between 10-15 business days.
- You will be notified if an item is out of stock.
- Rush Delivery: Available Monday through Friday for an additional
$8.00 per order.
- Ground service provides for delivery anywhere in the continental
US in 5-7 business days.
Refunds:
- Refunds are handled by
distributor of style.
- All items eligible (see below) for return must have a Return
Authorization number (RA).
- To receive the RA#, (please click on the link below or paste
into your e-mail program) email to: cserv@airpacks.com.

Eligible
Items for Return:
- New goods received defective in manufacture for a refund
New, defective goods must be returned in 14 days.
- New goods that are to be exchanged for other merchandise.
If the merchandise being exchanged for is a different selling
cost than that of the item being returned, then your credit
card will be charged or credited accordingly.
- Orders cannot be shipped unless paid in full.
Exceptions:
If there is any wear and tear visible on the item, and the item
has a deemed manufacturing defect, the defect will be repaired
and the item will be returned to you.
If some type of abuse has damaged the item, we will contact
you with an estimate for repair and the return shipping charges
to you.
If you elect not to repair the item, then the cost to return
the item to you will be paid by you prior to returning the item.
